Dear Christopher and Benjamin,
The Inner Harbor is usually the buildings around that body of water. So, you are right that that looks like the harbor...it needed a few more ships. BUT I want to know what the body of water is...we know it's not the Connecticut River, the Massachusetts Bay, or the Cape Cod Bay...so keep investigating... I hope you are both having a good weekend.
